To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized orders are not eligible for returns due to their customized nature.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Process

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
